What the website collects
The website has no accounts, logins or payment pages, and it does not save anything you type on our own servers.
No analytics or advertising tracking is installed on the website.
Enquiries sent through WhatsApp
The enquiry form on the Contact page does not send anything by itself. When you tap “Open in WhatsApp”, your message (name, phone number, date, group size, occasion, and email and notes if you add them) opens in WhatsApp on your device. It is only sent if you press send there.
Messages you send reach the garden's team through WhatsApp, a service run by Meta. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.
The team uses your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your booking.
Phone calls
Tapping a phone number opens your phone's dialler. Calls are handled by your phone network, not by this website.
Google reviews and maps
If live Google reviews are switched on, the reviews section on the homepage loads the garden's rating and reviews directly from Google. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.
To reduce how often Google is contacted, your browser keeps a copy of those reviews for 12 hours. This copy stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Buttons such as “Open in Google Maps” take you to Google's own website.
Links to other websites
The website links to Facebook, Google, YouTube and WhatsApp. Once you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy applies.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies. Apart from the 12-hour copy of reviews described above, it does not store anything in your browser.
Questions and changes
If you have a question about your information, or want the team to delete an enquiry you sent, call +91 98833 09783 or +91 70444 83010.
If the way the website handles information changes, for example if an online form or analytics is added, this page will be updated first.
