01How to book

Call or WhatsApp the team with your preferred date, group size and the purpose of your visit.

To book, the contact person must share their email address, phone number and WhatsApp number.

02Confirming your booking

A booking is confirmed only after 50% of the payment is received.

03Payment deadline

The full payment must be made at least 15 days before your date, by online payment or bank transfer.

All other pending payments, such as decorator items and water, must also be cleared at least 15 days before the picnic date. Otherwise the management may cancel the booking.

04Rates

Rates are based on the number of people in your group and include maintenance, uninterrupted water supply, electricity, room use and washroom use.

Rates may change with the season and may be discussed depending on the purpose of your visit, for example weddings or other occasions. Discounts are available for school and college groups.

Rates are not listed on this website. The team will share the current rate for your group when you enquire.

05Caution deposit

A caution deposit is collected along with the booking amount.

After your visit, the manager and caretakers check the grounds. The deposit is returned by cheque, minus the cost of any damage found.

06Cancellations and date changes

Money paid for a booking cannot be refunded.

If you need to change your date, the booking can be moved to another date, subject to availability.

07Additional services

Chairs, tables, umbrellas, catering utensils with cooking gas and music systems can be arranged at an extra charge. They are hired from decorators in and around the village.

Items are limited, so tell the team what you need before your date. Items cannot be arranged at short notice.

Extra rooms may be available on a rental basis. Ask the team when you book.

08Group size

Please keep to the number of visitors given at booking. If the group grows by more than 10 people, the extra guests are charged on a per-head basis.
